My focus is on developing and sustaining Merck's global capability center. As the IT Country Head for Merck India, I make strategic decisions to enhance our capabilities and foster employee engagement across MITC.

With extensive HR experience at Beckman Coulter and General Motors, I've driven a people-first culture and navigated complex challenges with a data-driven approach. My education includes a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology from Amity Institute of Biotechnology and an MBA in Human Resource Management from IBS Bangalore, enabling me to develop impactful HR strategies that empower organisations and support talent growth.
