Before joining Xoriant, Krupa held key roles at Misys Banking Systems, STL Digital, and HCL Technologies. where she led the Business HR function for Engineering R&D, Industry Software, and IoT WoRKS. She has driven M&A initiatives, large-scale process integrations, and global HR strategies that supported business growth and scalability.
