Nalini George is an accomplished People Leader with over 25 years of experience across multiple industries, geographies and cultures including APAC, EMEA and the Americas. She is well known to partner with visionary leaders to transform their organizational vision to reality. Her core strengths lie in building or transforming large teams from ground zero to high performing teams with strategic business outcomes, while keeping people, inclusivity and culture as the North Star.
Nalini’s command of the People function is noteworthy – be it talent management, leadership development or risk management. She has played critical roles in shaping strategies, guiding global expansion efforts and creating a culture of innovation, impact and outcomes. She has also been instrumental in leading large-scale multi culture change management projects and culture assimilations during M&A, ensuring attraction and retention of top talent.
Today, as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bangalore International Airport Limited, she leads the People Function for a very complex and multi-layered eco-system of the airport business. Prior to this, she has held leadership roles at Rakuten India, CGI and Tesco. She holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA and is also a Certified Leadership Coach.
