Ramkumar Narayanan is a seasoned technology leader with over three decades of experience in the financial and technology sectors. As the Executive VP at FIS, he leads large-scale technology modernisation and platform engineering across India and the Philippines. He has held senior leadership positions at VMware, eBay, Yahoo, and Microsoft, where he influenced global technology strategy and product development. Ram excels in aligning business objectives with evolving market dynamics. He is also a thought leader and industry advocate, deeply engaged in the technology and innovation ecosystem in India. During his tenure on the nasscom Executive Council (2019-2023), he contributed to the Finance and Audit committee, advocated for India’s GCC ecosystem, and was Chair of the Product & Deep Tech Councils (2021-2023). His contributions extend through advisory roles at various organisations, supporting technology-driven innovation and talent development. Ram is passionate about leveraging technology to drive business transformation and enhance customer experiences.
