STSPL is a subsidiary of Siemens Germany and works on Research, Product Development, Engineering & IT Services as well as Business Services to Siemens and its customers globally.
Srikanth has held prior leadership & key roles within Human Resources in Wipro, Infosys, HP & IBM to name a few. A well accomplished executive with extensive global HR experience, having worked in roles in Asia Pacific and Europe,
Srikanth is adept at leading HR operations and driving major transformations while influencing growth. He has experience and across multiple functional areas in HR including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Mergers and Acquisitions, HR Consulting besides being a HR partner to business. Experienced in cultural transitions and policy design, he also has a history of start-up operations while being catalyst of change.
