Vivek Joshi is India site lead for John Deere’s Enterprise Technology & Engineering Center (ETEC). He is also Head for Product Design and Virtual Design & Verification function at the center, leading a team of 1200+ engineering professionals across India, Mexico and Brazil. He is responsible for driving site strategy, delivery, operations and driving value growth from the technology center. He is a graduate Mechanical engineer from Pune University. He also holds the PG diploma in management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. He has 28+ years of industry experience, most of it being in IT-ES/ER&D space.
